Need a way to think about leadership?​
The course will provide an overview of Bowen Family Systems theory, an exploration of each of the eight concepts and an opportunity to apply theory in work and life.

Options for this course include eight three-hour online sessions that meet monthly September 2022- April 2023, or three eight-hour sessions January 16-18, 2023.
