We prepare leaders
We prepare leaders to apply systems thinking in their family, work or ministry environments. Our events challenge participants to work on their own maturity as well as the maturity of the organizations in which they are involved.
We host multiple events throughout the year:
A series of seminars for leaders in religious organizations, schools, and businesses. Leadership Seminars assist individuals who want to enrich, deepen, and otherwise expand the ability to apply principles of thinking about self, family, community, and workplace. Learn more about our Leadership Series, May Leadership Series Special Presentation, and our Summer Leadership Intensives.
The National Gathering is designed for anyone interested in growing in their knowledge of systems theory and its applications. The National Gathering is an opportunity to hear speakers who are experts in family systems theory and in areas specific to the year’s theme.
Training is an overview of the basics of systems thinking in congregational leadership. This opportunity will challenge participants to apply the workshops in their context.
Sign up today! Along with the events we offer, the Healthy Congregations network offers training nationwide. Be sure to check back regularly for newly scheduled seminars and trainings.
